At Yorkshire Appliance Warehouse, we are committed to providing a fast and reliable delivery service to our customers. Please review our shipping policy below for details on our delivery options, timeframes, and conditions.
1. Next-Day Delivery
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Sunday) qualify for next-day delivery within a 50-mile radius of our warehouse.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the next business day and delivered the following day.
Next-day delivery is subject to stock availability and may not be available during peak periods or adverse weather conditions.
2. Standard Delivery
For customers outside the 50-mile radius, we offer standard delivery with an estimated arrival of the next working day depending on location.
Delivery charges may apply and will be calculated at checkout.
3. Delivery Charges
Next-day delivery within the 50-mile radius are £20.00
Standard delivery outside the 50-mile radius please call to discuss
4. Delivery Process
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Deliveries are made Monday–Sunday, excluding bank holidays.
If no one is available at the delivery address, we will attempt redelivery or leave instructions on how to rearrange delivery.
5. Collection Option
Customers can opt to collect their orders from our warehouse during business hours. Please bring a valid ID and order confirmation for collection.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.
